As I was about to turn in for the day I stumbled upon this funny little thing: http://www.meangene.com/google/design_for_google.html which is basically a parody of the whole SEO phenomenon and what it is doing to the web.

Indeed Google has changed the way we create and sort information on the web but while transforming our sites into huge social media ads it has also made us tag our information better. And also, it has helped us recreate the logical structure of the web. In my opinion all web pages should be optimized, not to con Google, but to make sure users are able to find what they want, where they want, with minimum effort and without being flooded with the tv ads we all know and hate.

This is a short little post but as always, comments would be great, I feel like I’m talking by myself here…
