You know it’s fun to have something to do. It makes you appreciate the time you have left. It gives your free time purpose and you’re much happier when using it to relax and even happier when you’re using it to do things because there’s a feeling of contrast, of the fact that what I’m doing after what I have to do is my own work and my own creation.
Sam keeps encouraging me to start my own stuff and I’m getting there, at least I’m trying to, and I can see what he means. It’s better to work your own game, feels better. But it is indeed harder. There’s no slacking off, no conversing just to waste time and there’s no lenience for when you screw up. Basically if you take the leap you have to commit and there’s no room for error, which means you should really make sure you’ve got both an emergency fund and an emergency plan.
Oh and did I mention how amazing sleep is now? It’s simply a joy to go to bed, and every extra minute of sleep goes a long way. It’s very nice.
And now I have to get to sleep since I’m far too tired for anything else, still hard accommodating to the new get-up-early schedule. Cheers and I can’t wait to make this blog awesome again
